Antropologia na Contabilidade

Essa prática ganhou técnica apurada e passou a fazer parte de forma preponderante no desenvolvimento das sociedades.

O desenvolvimento das sociedades humanas se baseia na sua diversidade cultural. A comparação entre diferentes universos define os vários mundos existentes. O sistema econômico se enquadra nesse cenário por participar de maneira ativa nos comportamentos e atitudes que dominam os diferentes grupos sociais. E ao longo do tempo, mudanças aceleradas aconteceram. O impacto passou a ser sentido também em todos os segmentos que permeiam a vida econômica. A contabilidade foi um deles.

Essas mudanças próprias das sociedades humanas estabelecem formas de comportamento, individuais e de grupo, criando consensos, dentro da família, nas funções políticas e jurídicas, além da formação moral e ética. No âmbito econômico, passou-se a se delinear no mundo a dimensão da produção, distribuição e consumo de bens e serviços em cada cultura.

Obviamente, aconteceram discrepâncias na visão universal do que é eficiência econômica, com o aparecimento do subdesenvolvimento ou do não alinhamento ao modelo que passou a vigorar. Assim, foi-se também se criando a necessidade de se formalizar dados e informações que envolviam movimentação financeira de uma organização, com a finalidade de conhecer a sua situação patrimonial, ou seja, seu conjunto de bens materiais e imateriais existentes.

Essa prática ganhou técnica apurada e passou a fazer parte de forma preponderante no desenvolvimento das sociedades. O aculturamento das organizações com o modelo contábil ora inserido evolui, se padronizou e exigiu da mão-de-obra envolvida no trabalho uma nível de especialização muito grande. Seu aperfeiçoamento levou a criação de empresas especializadas na oferta deste serviço de organização contábil-financeiro.

Não obstante, obrigou-se que o profissional da atividade impusesse novas relações comportamentais nas empresas com referência à técnica de documentar suas informações contábeis e fiscais.

No caso da contabilidade, constatou-se que não a se faz sem entender aspectos humanos essenciais relacionados a comportamentos e atitudes. Juntar e usar conhecimento é compreender o caráter abrangente e sistemático de tudo que nos cerca. O trabalho com esta ênfase permitiu incluir a contabilidade no seu contexto social de responsabilidade dentro de uma sociedade e não apenas no âmbito da empresa.

Hoje, em meio aos novos rumos do sistema econômico, a atividade se tornou referência para preservar instituições e pessoas no que tange a sua movimentação financeira. Com isso, a contabilidade ganhou mais importância no desenvolvimento permanente das sociedades.
